The Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) has examined the most important privacy aspects of 13 commonly used video conferencing apps. Such as what data the app collects, what the app does with it and whether the communication is secure. The AP gets a lot of questions about privacy with such apps, now that people have started making video calls during the corona crisis. Therefore, the AP provides a decision aid to compare different video calling apps.
